Our Sydney office is at the heart of delivering high-quality services and products to our clients. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Storeman and Cable Fitter to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
General Store Duties:
Manage and maintain the store area to ensure cleanliness, organisation, and safety.
Conduct regular stock takes and inventory management.
Ensure accurate labelling and storage of goods
Inward and Outward Goods:
Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality.
Coordinate the dispatch of goods, ensuring they are packed securely and meet delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.
Cable Cutting and Assembly:
Measure and cut cables to specified lengths
Assemble cables using miniature connectors, RF connectors, and Broadcast connectors.
Perform quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure they meet technical specifications and company standards.
Equipment and Tools Maintenance:
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Report any issues or malfunctions promptly
Skills and Qualifications:
We are open to considering students currently studying a related discipline who are eager to gain practical experience.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic computer skills for stock and shipping management.
Physically fit to handle manual tasks such as lifting and moving goods.
Familiarity with cable assembly processes, including the use of RF and Broadcast connectors.
