What is A PTZ Camera?
A PTZ camera, short for Pan-Tilt-Zoom camera, integrates three core functions: horizontal rotation (Pan), vertical rotation (Tilt), and zoom. It is widely used in video conferencing, video production, and live streaming. With remote control, users can easily adjust the shooting angle and focus, achieving flexible and versatile all-around filming.
PTZ cameras are designed to enhance broadcast quality in a cost-effective manner. By combining advanced recording and real-time streaming technologies, they create convenient and automated video production workflows, meeting a variety of professional needs.
What is NDI?
NDI, or Network Device Interface, is a network protocol specifically designed for video transmission. It allows high-quality video, audio, and metadata to be transmitted in real-time over a local area network with extremely low latency. NDI simplifies the video production process by seamlessly connecting various devices (such as cameras, switchers, recorders, etc.) over an IP network, enabling instant sharing and collaboration of video signals.
